Bookbinding 121 – Beginner
Learn how to become a bookbinder and start your own business creating softcover and hardcover notebooks and journals. The course will cover different stitching methods, creating signatures and blocks, cover materials, the types of papers you can use and personalising journals with stamps and gold foil. In addition, you will take home the products you make plus course notes and details of professional suppliers. Bookbinding 121 will give you the confidence to start your own business.

Parent and Child Christmas Crafts

A 2 hour workshop in which you will be able to make your own A5 hand stitched or wire bound notebook, a book mark and a greeting card, then decorate them using a variety of fun festive cut outs and stickers featuring cute characters and festive decor. Suitable for children between 8 and 14, the total price is valid for one child and one adult over 18 years of age.

Papermaking & Pressed Floral Art Workshop
This 3 hour workshop will teach you how to make your own handmade paper, add inclusions such as dried flowers, colour your paper and add patterns to your paper. While your paper dries you will then decorate one of our own handmade papers with pressed flowers. Go home with a mini papermaking kit, your own handmade papers and a handmade decorated artwork. Pressed Floral Art

In this 3 hour workshop you will have fun creating your own A4 pressed floral artwork using our own handmade paper and pressed flowers. You will learn how to press flowers, stop white flowers from yellowing and how to attach them to your handmade paper. We will provide fresh flowers for you to press and take home, or you are welcome to bring your own. The cost is £55.00 without the flower press and £65 inclusive of a flower press to take home. Please note, if you choose not to include the press, you will need to bring a heavy book in which to press your fresh flowers. Please contact us to book.
