Plus of course we stock papers made in the UK including those made in-house. These papers have been chosen for their versatility for bookbinding and papercrafts but they also make exquisite gift wrap and art. All papers are made from sustainable sources.

Handmade Lokta paper from Nepal

Each sheet is handcrafted in the Himalayan mountains of Nepal using the bark of the Daphne Papyracea shrub – a renewable plant that naturally regenerates, making this paper both eco-friendly and rich in heritage.

Every sheet is sun-dried in wooden frames, giving it a wonderfully textured feel and ensuring no two pieces are ever exactly alike. As a fair trade product, it also supports traditional artisan communities and sustainable livelihoods in rural Nepal. Suitable for:-
